Why Chara

"Chara" (kha-ra) is Greek for "Joy."

Birth can be a wonderful, terrifying, exhilarating experience. Each birth is unique and unpredictable, but that does not mean you have to be blindsided during your birth. My goal is to help empower parents by providing knowledge and support so they can be prepared during this experience and focus on having the best birth possible. I want each and every birth to be a joyful experience no matter how hard it feels in the moment, you are strong and capable - we'll get this done together.
